You know how knives usually get stuck with the tendons and doesn't cut through the meat nicely? Well this knife gives you a nice clean cut on all types of meat. If you're deboning  a chicken thigh, this knife does it all too well. But you gotta becareful of course.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Oh this knife is not suitable for frozen meat and bones although it still can do the job.
