This dish looks simple but the skill lies in preparing the fish until its flesh literally dissolve in your mouth upon eating the fish. Imagine... the aromatic tumeric combine with vinegar and sugar to taste with the fried fishes with some gravy serves with white rice. I can guarantee you will ask for a 2nd servings with another plate of rice.
