Shun Steel 3.5" paring knife

Not too long ago, I posted that I was looking for a new addition in the kitchen. A knife.

And here it is!

I know in the previous post the Shun knives I looked at did not have a steel handle but my other Shun knife is a Shun Steel so I thought it would be better if I bought one that looked like the other so they match. I was very close to buying a Kyocera's ceramic knife but after reading that it is brittle and chipping it would cause a major pain in the butt, I decided to just stick with the Shun instead :)

This paring knife retails for $75.95 but I got it for $40 on eBay and it's new too. eBay rocks!

**The cutting board is that bamboo cutting board I bought, as you can see it is not so new anymore :P
