The Camera Story

Thanks to all who thought the food pix on this blog is great. Frankly, it's all I can do with my current digital camera who has seen its hey day. It wasn't the best but it did it's job.

However, I'd love to get a better camera, to specific I am eyeing the Nikon D40x. Part of me screams that it's crazy to get a camera just for taking food pix (mostly) but another part of my is eager to just splurge.... but it'd be easier to *want* to splurge if I am willing to break my bankroll *sniff* The Chinese in me won't allow it because my current camera, FujiFilm Finepix F10, is still working fine.

Gahh...The Nikon D40x and D40 is $799 and $599 respectively (excluding taxes), where I am...... I am whining because my FujiFilm is still working fine...:(
