Tortilla base Pizza

Look at this:

..... who would have thought that I used a Tortilla as my base? It looks like a normal pizza! I must say, for the health conscious, this pizza is probably just 1/4 of the usual calories...but the taste is uncompromised! :)

For the filling:
4 tablespoons of homemade marinara sauce
slices of bologne (i used the vegetarian kind - tastes LIKE the usual bologne, surprisingly!)
1 small onion, finely sliced
enough mozarella cheese to cover the whole tortilla
5-7 green manzilla olives, sliced
1/2 teaspoon of rubbed dried oregano

Method:
1. Put the marinara sauce first and layer it with onions, bologne, olives, cheese and dried oregano. Remember to rub the oregano between your hands to enhance their flavors more before you sprinkle them on your pizza :)

when it's this close you really can't tell at all that it's a Tortilla Pizza :P

Hooky spooky! I also used a non-pizza dough to make my pizza just recently. But my other posts have to go first, since the pizza is still "stored" in my camera and not ready yet. LOL!
Meantime, I shall keep it a suspense what I use...;p
